Arrival In Zimbabwe | Transfer To Hwange National Park | Evening Game Drive

On arrival in Zimbabwe in the morning hours, you will be welcomed and picked by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Victoria Falls Airport and transferred to Hwange National Park.

There's so much for you to see and enjoy while you're in Hwange National Park. This is the largest national park in Zimbabwe and one of the best Big Five destinations anywhere in southern Africa. Hwange is famous for its elephants, which are very common all year round, but frequently gather in their hundreds around waterholes in the Dry season.

It is also a good place to look for large predators such as lion, cheetah and African wild dog. Hwange is close to Botswana in western Zimbabwe, and forms part of the five-country Kavango–Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area.

You will have an evening game drive.

Going on an evening game drive is one of the highlights of any safari. This is when temperatures cool, the light becomes softer and the wildlife begins to get active. Not only will you be out when the light is best for taking photos, but it's also one of the best times of day for seeing the animals.
