On arrival in Zambia, you will be welcomed and picked up by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide, who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport, which was formerly known as Livingstone International Airport, and be transferred to Victoria Falls.

On arrival, you will check in at your lodge. Around 2pm, you will be picked up for a helicopter flight over the Victoria Falls (20-30 minutes’ drive one way) i.e. having an aerial view of the Victoria Falls.

You're in for a fantastic experience when you take to the skies in a helicopter for a scenic flight over Victoria Falls. You really do get a drone's-eye view from up here, and the vast scale of the falls really takes on new meaning from up above. The views beyond the falls
stretch far and wide across southern Africa.

Rhino Walk | Game Drive In Mosi Oa Tunya National Park | Optional Activities

After breakfast, you will head out for a Rhino walk and a game drive in the Mosi Oa Tunya National Park which is located in Livingstone, it is home to different wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, hippos, antelopes, cape buffalo and many others. We will then have a rhino
walk; this allows us to get closer to the White rhinos found in the park.

You won't regret visiting Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. This small park is home to the world-famous Victoria Falls, and shares its evocative local name Mosi-oaTunya (‘Smoke that Thunders’).

It also incorporates a small but worthwhile game park on the north bank of the Zambezi; wildlife here includes Zambia’s only white rhinos, along with elephants, hippos and a varied selection of aquatic birds.

Transfer To The Airport | Fly To South Luangwa National Park | Walking Safari | Evening Game Drive

You will check out after breakfast, be picked up at 6:50am and then be transferred to the Livingstone Airport for a scheduled flight to South Luangwa via Lusaka.

On your arrival at South Luangwa National Park, you will go for a walking safari and later have a thrilling game viewing. You will quickly see why it's one of Africa's most legendary and rewarding safari destinations.

The Luangwa River on the park’s eastern boundary is home to staggering concentrations of hippos, crocodiles and aquatic birds. Large elephant herds are regularly seen crossing from one bank to the other, while leopard sightings are common in the fringing forest.

Other safari favorites you're almost certain to see in South Luangwa include lion, buffalos, zebras, a wide variety of antelopes, and the unique Thornicroft’s giraffe.

On this day, you will have a walking safari after breakfast to learn about the park's environment in more detail.

After the walking safari, you will head back to your lodge to chill and relax. You will head out for an afternoon/evening game drive after lunch.

South Luangwa National Park is right at the end of Africa’s Great Rift Valley with the river winding through the vast parklands making for epic landscapes.

This abounding natural beauty also attracts wildlife and huge concentrations of big game can be found here, such as lions, leopards, giraffes, elephants, hippos, and many other animal species.

After breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive in South Luangwa National Park.

In the evening, you will head out for a game drive in South Luangwa National Park. Feel your senses heightened as you head out into the bush, learning about the park’s complex ecosystems, as well as the techniques that professional safari guides and park
rangers use to track wildlife.

Return to South Luangwa National Park to once again enjoy the prolific wildlife that lives along the Luangwa River.

Have an early morning breakfast, then be transferred to Mfuwe for your scheduled flight to Lusaka.

Transfer To Kafue National Park | Evening Game Drive

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kafue National Park where you will have an evening game drive.

Upon arriving in Kafue, take a moment to contemplate the sheer scale of Zambia’s largest national park.

Comparable in area to the state of New Jersey, this magnificent tract of African wilderness harbors more than 150 mammal and 500 bird species.

Elephants are abundant, particularly along the wide Kafue River and its larger tributaries, while leopards and African wild dogs prowl through the miombo woodland, and lions and cheetahs stalk in the open grassland.

Kafue’s checklist of 20 antelope species is more than any other
African national park, and it’s one of the best places to look for roan and sable antelope.

Morning And Evening Game Drives In Kafue National Park

After breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive to spot some of Kafue National Park’s best wildlife spots.

After the morning game drive you will return to your lodge for lunch and after a few hours of resting, you will go for an evening game drive.

Several small rivers cross this area which leaves several waterholes in the dry season for the animals to quench their thirst. Wild dogs, which roam large areas of the park, and cheetahs and lions are among the inhabitants here.

It's no hardship to return to Kafue National Park. On the contrary, every new day spent on safari in Zambia's largest national park will yield fresh sightings and
experiences.
