Uganda has the highest percentage of Mountain Gorillas in the world. There are currently less than 1000 mountain gorillas left in the world and almost half of the population resides in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Sky Hotel International
Sky Hotel International has a capacity of 29 rooms with twin beds, taking up 58 guests. There is one restaurant, which is open from 7 – 10 a.m. for breakfast. However, it is open for the rest of the day for meals.
Buhoma Lodge
An elevated lounge area, complete with bar and dining facilities, offers a cozy, comfortable environment to discuss the day’s activities around the fireplace. Buhoma Lodge has eight comfortable cottages each with its own private veranda, offering extensive views of the forest canopy of the national park. Inside the spacious cottages have comfortable beds, a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with flushing toilet and a hot shower, some rooms have bathtubs.
Simba Safari Camp
More and more travelers are discovering this amazing Simba Safari Camp with competitive prices and a fantastic location. One part is overlooking the scenic crater lakes and plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park, while on the other side the high peaks of the Rwenzori Mountains stand out against the horizon. Simba Safari Camp has a total capacity of 70 beds including family cottages, twin rooms, and dormitories. A variety of meals and drinks are served in the restaurant with an adjacent bar and sitting area. Moreover, for conservation purposes, Simba Safari Camp invites you to plant a tree that will be nourished and carry your name into eternity.

How to get there
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Entebbe International Airport (EBB). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Kubwa Five Safaris will pick you up from the airport.
Cancellation Policy
On your arrival, Kubwa Five Safaris’ representative, with your name printed on an A4 paper, will welcome you to Uganda at Entebbe International Airport (EBB) and transfer you to Sky Hotel International in Kampala, located 10 kilometers from the city center towards Naalya Housing Estate. Depending on your arrival time, relax in your already-booked hotel after a long flight while you are dreaming of your safari tomorrow morning.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in south-western Uganda. There will be a brief stop at the Equator for the water experiment, refreshments, photographs, and buying of souvenirs from the craft shops. Afterward, continue to Bwindi with a lunch stop at Mbarara. You will arrive in Bwindi in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay are at Buhoma Lodge, situated within the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, less than five minutes’ walk from the gorilla trekking start point.
After breakfast, prepare for the gorilla tracking adventure that begins at 08:00. with a briefing at the information center by the Uganda Wildlife Authority staff. You will then be guided into the jungle to track the shy primates. Gorilla tracking may take three to seven hours but it’s well worth the effort. It’s advisable to bring along a rain jacket and hiking boots. At the end of this long and exciting adventure, return to your lodge for a well-deserved shower, dinner, and rest. Dinner and overnight stay are at Buhoma Lodge.
After breakfast, you will drive north to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha sector. Enjoy the Ishasha game drive in search of the tree-climbing lions as well as other savannah wildlife, like the kobs, topis, buffalos, and variety of antelope species grazing in the Ishasha plains. After lunch, proceed to Mweya for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at Simba Safari Camp.
After an early breakfast, you will go chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura gorge. Your trek will be captivated by the sights of other primates like black and white colobus monkey, grey-cheeked mangabey, and a number of bird species. Return to the lodge for lunch and later embark on a boat cruise along Kazinga channel to have a glimpse of the park’s variety including elephants, buffalos, kobs, topis, waterbucks, bushbucks, crocodiles, and hippos among others that always storm the channel for water in the afternoon. Bird species such as the kingfishers, pelicans, African martial eagle, African fish eagle, African skimmer, and the prehistoric-looking shoebill among others may also be seen. Dinner and overnight stay are at Simba safari camp.
Take an early breakfast and head for a remarkable game drive in the Kisenyi trail in search of the parks’ 100 mammals. Look out for lions, leopards, hyenas, and jackals among others as they return from their night hunt. You may also spot herds of buffalos, elephants, bushbucks, waterbucks, gazelles, topis, and kobs among others. Return to check out at the lodge and embark on your journey back to Kampala with en-route lunch in Mbarara. Arrive in Kampala in the late afternoon for a transfer to Entebbe International Airport (EBB) for your return flight home.
