Safari Payment Details

Below are the safari payment details for your African vacation;

All tours will be booked and confirmed only upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the basic program rate.

For gorilla trekking permits, a full advance payment of the trekking permit fee (USD $ 800 per person) for gorilla trekking in Uganda and a fee of
USD $ 100 per permit per person) for golden monkey trekking in Rwanda and Uganda), as well as the chimpanzee permits (US$ 250 per permit per person) is required in order to make the reservation.

The payment balance is due no later than 42 days prior to the safari, unless agreed otherwise.

Bookings made within 42 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.

If payment is not received in accordance with the above, Kubwa Five Safaris has the right to cancel the booking.

Options For Your Safari Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer to our bank account in Uganda (Headquarters). Transfer costs are to be paid by the client(s) before the start of the safari.
If you prefer, payment using a credit/debit card, and we will send you a customized secured payment link
You can also pay directly online to our bank; eCheck for bank-to-bank wire transactions using the payment link. However, it will take 4-5 days to have money reflected in our bank account.

The payment balance is due no later than 42 days prior to the safari, unless agreed otherwise.
