Your adventure begins in the historic town of Lalibela, one of Africa’s most extraordinary spiritual destinations. Here, you explore the remarkable rock-hewn churches, carved directly into solid volcanic rock centuries ago.

Visiting both the first and second groups of churches, you are guided through an intricate network of narrow passageways, hidden tunnels, and sunken courtyards, each revealing a unique story of faith, craftsmanship, and devotion.
